I used a code for 2550 ancient coins on the xbox app and wasn't aware that i can't use it because i bought the game on steam. Is there a way to get my ancient coins on my steam version of the game?

@vtanita you need to have set sail into an Xbox version for them to be added. So either get the Xbox version, find someone who has it you can login to, or sign up for 1 month of game pass ultimate and then play the game through xcloud on the browser. The last one might be easiest as they often have promotions for new accounts for the first month only $1 or you can get a free trial code from some brands. Sometimes discord or YouTube gives a 2 week or 1 month free trial code and other promotions. So you could ask around if anyone you know has one.

They need to quote you on the faq lol!
I know it can be done but I'm never sure of the rules.
Xbox could offer a steam version too............
@karkona Yes - using either Windows Store or XBox version will activate the coin and pack purchases from the XBox store.
@Th3_Tater the Steam version is the Steam version. They could sell Steam keys, but again that would still result in the game being on Steam.
