Since we were able to sell fish at sovereigns, they give us less gold than selling to hunters directly.
This made sense when we did not have hunters call in the outpost, but now that this isn't the case anymore I feel like it should be brought up to par with other emissaries and penalty removed.
I have a feeling this was overlooked. Please consider changing it.

They don't give lower. Hunter's Call just gives a bonus of 1.5x when selling directly to them (as can be confirmed by selling a gem to them). So Sovereigns are giving the real value. If anything the bonus should be removed from HC on Outposts and only apply at Seaposts.
Thats is not true. We tested on emisarry level 5 yesterday with multiple fish. Everything gave lower gold on sovereigns. We also tested with meg meat because these have fixed price.
@e3pos the outcome is the same, the sovereigns give less because the hunters call representatives give a 1.5x bonus on stuff.
Its how they have done business for quite a few years now

You referred to it as a "penalty", it's not. It's a bonus for Hunter's Call. I gave you the gem as an example to test that. If it was a penalty, you'd be getting less for selling gems to Sovereigns as well.
