@callmebackdraft I think they mean the "He's a Pirate" main theme song - which I would absolutely be down for, but probably due to copyright won't happen.
@valor-omega I feel like if there’s a whole tall tale, multiple cosmetic sets and many of the characters from the movies they should be fine if they add one song from those movies without getting sued or something

They, quite literally , CANNOT add 'one song' just because they have permission to add other things.
If their agreement with Disney did not include that song, then yes; Yes they can, and would, be sued for using it.
