Currency Glitch?

this glitch has been happening to me for almost a week, it randomly happened one time when i got on, now it happens EVERTIME i load into a server. the glitch causes me to load in with 0/0/0 ancient coins / doubloons / gold when i spawn into a server (i have 400+/14,000+/10.8M+). this glitch also prevents me from going into the pirate log to look at commendations / reputations / tall tales. it prevents me from accessing the pirate emporium and tells me to contact support. it also doesnt let me use my gold / doubloons (even though i have PLENTY) because the game "thinks" i have 0/0/0. i cant buy cosmetics / i cant use emporium / i cant buy my captain supplies / merchant supplies. the only fix i have found for this glitch is just sailing away (without merchant and captain supplies, which is a deathwish) to find gold to pickup like a gold bag or treasure chest, once i collect gold or doubloons it all magically comes back, my ancient coins, my doubloons and my gold. i dont know what is causing this to happen. im on a brand new high end PC that doesnt have problems with any other game. ive tried restarting the game, restarting my PC, ive tried signing out and back in, ive tried resetting my network settings (because in the emporium it says network problem, but that clearly isnt it because i have perfectly fine connection to every other game and discord), ive tried to uninstall and reinstall the game twice. i tried resetting all my settings back to default. and the only thing i can think of now is completely factory resetting my PC which would be absolutely insane to have to do to fix a bug. its like the game doesnt think im connected to internet, but only when i just join a server.
