Constant crashes Data File: LZ4_CC Error Code: PVS

Data File: LZ4_CC Error Code: PVS, I'm constantly getting this crash. It's starting to happen back to back. If it's not this crash it's something to do with Athena causing the game to crash. I've uninstalled, validated, changed hard drives, checked drivers, upgraded video card, excluded the game in my virus protection. I literally can't figure out what's happening to this game. It's the only one that has this problem. I've seen older posts about 5~ years and no solutions to the problem. I tried to attach a photo but I cant figure out how.
