No Popups

    I am on Steam PC and I am not receiving the popups that appear at the bottom of the screen (commendations, treasure sold, emissary flag raised, etc). I have recently reinstalled the game and verified the files and that did not fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Could be a server side issue. I think you’re still receiving and earning. Just no visuals.

    Yeah I still receive rewards and stuff but I don't get any popups and it's quite annoying. I can't see what island I'm arriving at or the names or titles of ships I see through my spyglass. I can't see my reputation go up from selling unless I go into the menu every time. I'd like to figure out how to fix this so that I can see things properly.

    I have the exact same problem on steam on my pc. I get the rewards but don’t know I do cause nothing pops up. Certain sounds will still play like spotting ships but nothing else. Would really like to know why.
