There isn't a specific flag to raise.
The Emissary grade was based on Twitch views, the multiplier is automatically applied.@strixthewolf The Community Emissary Grade was based on the number of people who watched Sea of Thieves (any sized streamer) as a cumulative Community target.
There was no in-game flag to raise.
As the Community target was met/raised, so were the Reputation, Gold etc boosts for EVERYONE.
@strixthewolf If you are looking for the actual Community Weekend flag, it was unlocked as a login bonus.
Head to your crow's nest and use the flag box and it should be available.
