Returning to SoT and now my ships are gone?!

    I'm a long time player who finally got fed up with the Microsoft store and purchased the game on Steam. I've been playing since Season 1.

    Now I'm pretty upset to see that upon rebuying the game from Steam (since I couldn't on the Microsoft Store, as if Microsoft wiped my license with the latest update) that my purchased ships are gone.

    That's a ton of gold to just go missing, hours of gameplay wiped bc now I have to re-earn a legendary title to satisfy the Sassy Bertha requirements.

    This doesn't make me want to play and grind if my progress is going to be reset entirely, my titles stripped, my Microsoft game license stripped, and get nothing for the pain in rear caused by all of this. Why spend hours grinding if my progress is going to be reset when changes in the next Season take place?

    isn't the data attached to the microsoft account that was used and that's how people carry their progress through crossplay options?

    ships pledged to a guild or something?

    Now..did you login using the same login as you did before?

    Yeah this sounds like you login under a different account name.

    May need to send a support ticket to confirm what went wrong here.

    @splortched Unless you have been banned, all your progress, Gold, Reputation etc will carry over.

    My guess is you have signed into a new or the wrong Microsoft account.

    What they said ... or you pledged them all to a Guild and they're no longer under Captained Ships but under Guilds.
