Something small that I think would be a fun cosmetic option would be two peg legs, like the leg piece for the skeleton curse. Who wouldn’t love the option to waddle around like Merrick or the Legendary Peggy the Pirate?
Not only the peg leg, but the customization needs to allow for two eye patches, hooks, also glasses, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, equipping hats and masks at the same time, maybe mixing some compatible tattoos and other things...
