Hunter's Call representatives no longer sell stuff as seaposts?

    Unsure if this is due to a bug, but while trying to get my spear commendations done I mapped out a route to pick up spears after hitting grade V emissary off a raid. This route included seaposts, but I didn't realize until I arrived that I couldn't purchase anything while I was there. If this is intentional, I would like it if the representatives could offer their usual wares at seaposts as well as outposts.

    I think its a bug because I could purchase my hunting spears at sea posts. And only one of them was unable to provide me the hunting shop...

    Had the same issue yesterday. We were server hopping to get to Grade 5 HC. After doing a fort, we sold at Finest Trading Seapost and wanted to buy some spears before tackling an ancient meg, but we couldn't access the HC shop with F. Derrick still accepted the F prompt at Plunder Outpost, and we were able to buy spears at another Seapost at another server.

    They do offer them, I'm not sure what the mechanic of cooldown is. I've seen some suggest it's the same npc mirrored in outpost/sea post won't sell. I thought it may just be timer based but I haven't been scrabbling to grab every one I can yet (haven't been duping them either, norty norty)

    That's the same seapost I had the issue with yesterday, as well as Stephen's Spoils.
