Name Plates and Fleets

*Can we have name plates like pirates of the caribbean? Have "The Black Pearl" sprawled across the back of your ship, not literally the black pearl, that was just an example. However a ship name plate would be awesome for if you can manage to sail together.
*Also is there going to be a way me and my friend can sail together in seperate ships other than luck of the draw? Fleets would be epic, i can see how this could have negatives but a single ship would be able to out manouver and speed away from a fleet who is holding a formation.
