Cant hear or talk to crew

I’m having this issue too. They can’t seem to hear me and I can’t hear them. I’ve tried messing with settings, resetting Xbox, making a party then going to game chat, leaving the party and adjusting Xbox settings... nothing. So unless the last 4 crews I joined had no one with mics (which in highly doubt) I can’t hear anyone anymore.

I should not have to make an xbox chat group or any type of bull c**p like that when its an in game option and should work 100% of the time. what i have came to for a conclusion is that the developers do not really give a s**t because this is still an issue along with so many more and they should be coming out with continuous updates at least a couple times a week if not more which hasn't happened. i've seen one update maybe two since launch and that's pretty s****y if you ask me. find a fix and update it. such a trash dev team its nuts. oh and your "snake god" quests on snake island never work so i don't really know what you guys are doing over unless this was just a money maker for you guys. not impressed at all.

I've got the same problem, and my own thread about this going on.

It's June 2018 now and I still have this problem. The new content update is about to come out and the audio still doesn't work.
