So a few times in game while sailing alone on my sloop I've come across other sloops and made friends with the pirates in the crew...we've teamed up to fight other pirates which is always fun but sometimes we've accidentally hit each other while fighting because everyone who isn't in your crew has a white colored name..so I was wondering if you think each crew having different colored names would be a good idea? For example your crews name was show up as green like it already does but the names of the crew on "ship A" would be blue and the crew on "ship B" would be purple ...also sorry if this is the wrong board to post this on

@jossytheninja I like the sounds of this, it's a little like the way GTA Online uses Crews and the use of joining the Crew online, helping you show to each other who is in the same Crew...
You could also recruit at any time, while also meaning you could have multiple ships sailing under the same Crew...I agree with the recruit any time thing, but i think the color of crews should be threat based, so every team starts off blue, and the more they kill other players, sink ships, steal chests ECT... There name tag goes to yellow, orange, then red? That way you could know if somone is a friendly or a threat 😀
