    Something to do on your ship or at outposts with your crew during some downtime. Dice or cards with the ability to bet a few pieces of gold.

    The ability to request a swordfight for some friendly pvp bouts.

    have people get drunk and run around with boom barrels and have someone try and snipe them well they are drunk and on the back of the ship away from shore.

    I was sometimes playing with the idea of having some sort of "Pirate Olympics", where crews compete against each other in different disciplines. The winning crew would get some rare treasures as prize as well as some smaller follow up prizes for the others.
