Cinnamon Beard all over the place

I really really want to buy this great game, but I can not. My story with Sea of Thieves is described in two words. Cinnamon beard. In the alpha, beta and two scale tests ther was this error at any time after five to ten minutes. I am afraid that it will not be different in the finished game and therefore I can not buy it unfortunately. I do not even understand why I get this error message, everything runs fine and my Internet connection is stable. It's frustrating and makes me sad because I can't enjoy Sea of Thieves.
