There is no more quests available for me at the Gold Hoarder me or my wife, so what do we do next? just explore? we were enjoying the quests. :(

Have you got enough gold & reputation to upgrade to the next gold hoarder level?
If not try exploring a few shipwrecks (will have a flock of seagulls flying above) or a few islands looking for random chests. This might give you enough gold / rep to upgrade, which in turn should unlock more voyages.
It could also be stress on the servers causing issues with the gold hoarder vendor. You could try leaving that game & trying a new one, as this sometimes fixes it as well.@logansdadtoo Ah right okay, thats fine then I wasn't sure what to do next I will explore ship wrecks that sounds fun. I just thought the quests would continue but I only got two and my wife only got two and that left us at rank 2 or 3 I think so we need 2 more ranks to be able to continue but I wasn't sure how to get ranks without quests so thanks for the info.

No worries, i think the vendor should have more quests, so your game may have just bugged out.
Personally i would quit & try again (all your gold & progress carries over, so don't worry about that) all you will lose will be the cannonballs, bananas & planks off your ship!
If the vendor still has no quests then try for shipwrecks & random chests on larger islands
