So I ordered after January 26th. I got the code on launch day (March 20th). I clicked redeem code and followed all the instructions. I log into the game and cannot find the Black Dog Pack anywhere. I've looked in just about every chest you can, I've talked to every merchant 10 times over, I've watched youtube videos, I've posted to other social media sites and I've made a bug report a day ago. I have gotten no answers... nothing. I'm getting quite frustrated right now. Why do I not have my Black Dog Pack? I'm currently installing the game on my PC to see if that makes a difference (which I know it won't). Can someone please give me an answer. I don't even want to play anymore until I get this. I should have it. It's the whole reason I pre-ordered the game.

If you have already redeemed your code, you will be granted the items once remaining issues are resolved. When the items arrive, they will show up in your vanity chest in game.
@lady-aijou I think you guys should add more priority to getting people their black dog pack. Unlike gamepass freeloaders, preorders are people that gave you guys the full asking price of the game without even seeing the finished product.
If the process is causing stability issues, just turn it on at low population hours like 5am.

Thanks for this. It looks like the Black Dog Pack has been purposely "turned off" to deal with the extremely high level of player traffic and a fix will come early next week with a client side patch. I wish this was made more visible to us so I didn't have to spam other social channels to find this answer. At least I have an answer. Thank you.

I agree with this. Especially since I'm a founder and part of the insider program. Oh well. At least I see they are aware of it and there should be a fix coming early next week with the patch.

You won't lose any DLC by deleting your character and starting a new one as it is tied to your account, the contents will be in the chests on your ship just as they are now, you will however lose any gold, faction rep and items you have purchasing in game though.
