I have a question about that, I mean, Will I lost EVERYTHING? Or just the character, because I'm afraid of lose my gold and reputation, items I dont thinks they get deleted.
What happen if I delete my pirate?
Was thinking of deleting..because they decided to make it an absolute nightmare to rep once you buy a better rank..low and behold...even if i spent all 180k ive saved...i couldnt splurge purchase before remaking..
Or..they could keep gold account bound..not like you can transfer it to another character...

This is an issue that could easily be resolved by rare with the making of a gold purchased pirate transfer. It would also assist in the current economic problems that the game has created for its self!
Before the thread gets locked, I hope you can explain what economic problem you are talking about. I am unaware of any. The game doesn’t have any meaningful internal economy, and the game’s popularity is still pretty high, especially for a game nearly a year after release.

@frosenborg Will anything account bound be automatically moved to a new character or is there a way to retrieve it? I just got back into the game a month ago, I had the game during launch but I cant seem to find the winebottle eye of reach which i recall having.

Launch crew EoR was bought for 1 gold I'm pretty sure, meaning it isn't a code and isn't account bound, just character bound

Yes...when you deleted your character the launch crew EoR is lost

Hmmm, that gives me an idea though. As a suggestion, they could enable a slot to make a second character and once your first one reaches Pirate Legend he can gift some items and gold to the new character upon its creation, an inheritance if you will to carry on the Legend's legacy. It would be a one time only deal for a starting character and should have limits in place.

I don't think there will ever be character slots
@dlchief58 In games that have "Builds" it makes sense to have character slots, one each build you want to try. It would be a neat idea if they ever did character slots, but I doubt they will. Their is no reason for multiple slots. I remade mine because I made my first one super quick and didnt like the way he looked. Regretting it now because I probably lost alot more then the wine bottle eye of reach. But won't be doing that again lol.
