I have to switch PC-Users but log into my main account on Microsoft store to PLAY?

    Awhile ago I posted a thread detailing on how I wasn't able to log into Sea of Thieves because the game would stop the process at the load screen "loading supplies" making it so I could no proceed further.

    I've found a way to log in and it's freaking stupid. The only way I can PLAY the game I pre-ordered is by logging into a totally different user on my PC (another Microsoft account), then log into the Microsoft store via my main account (account that has purchased the game). . . This is really stupid. I contacted Windows 10 support and they told me it's an issue with Microsoft or the game itself. Does anyone have any fixes for this?

    Ridiculous. I haven't been able to play the game I bought, ever.

    They are pretty busy since the game only released a few days ago, so many people are having issues and submitting tickets. Plus, you submitted it pretty late at night. Just be patient, you should get a response by tomorrow.

    Like I said, the game just released and has already seen over a million players. Lots of people have submitted tickets. They will get to yours eventually.

    Presume you tried logging out of your Xbox live profile on your main account and then logging in again (right click the Xbox profile icon top left)?

    I had some issues in beta that were solved after doing this

    Might be worth trying a reset (SoT, Xbox etc)?

    (Windows 10 All Settings, Apps, Pick App, Advanced Options)

    I'm bumping this. This continues to be a problem and I have not seen any fix in sight. Being forced to create a new profile and log into it just to play this game is absurd.

    @Blam320 is correct. Please do not revive old threads and topics over 1 month old as this is deemed necroing and against the Forum rules and will now be locked.

    If this is still a problem for you it might be a better course of action to contact Support :)
