  • @paddyt90 im assuming that you play SoT on the Xbox, but want to also play on the PC? To do this, you need a Windows 10. Go to the windows store, sign in with your Xbox account, and download SoT.

  • @hunty-guy No I play exclusively on the PC. I don't own an Xbox. I was looking to port forward SOT through my router but I would need the port info.

  • @paddyt90 ooohh i see what you are saying now. My bad :/

I unfortunately dont know the port forward info. Are you making your own server?

  • i dont see why you would need to open ports. are you sure you know what port forwarding is for?

  • @ii-axelforce-ii yes I do know what port forwarding is for. I've been port forwarding games and services for years thankyou.

  • The game runs through Xbox's servers, so you don't need to Port-forward any ports for SoT, you will just have to Forward the port that your Teredo adapter has assigned for the Xbox app on Windows.

To find this info you'll need to run an Elevated CMD (Run as Admin)
    And put in this command:
    netsh int teredo show state

It will then give you your Teredo adapters port listed as 'Client Port'.
Forward that port for UDP and all will be set, this will also give you an Open NAT type.

  • @paddyt90 what are you trying to forward the ports for?

    No problem buddy.

  • @paddyt90

Are you talking about outposts? There’s like 5 or six of them all over the map. You can port there if you need to.
