Just watched the Angry Joe review.

Agree with all points except for the need for an xp progression type system. Other ways you can do a progression system without an xp bar. Hopefully Rare improves on the numerous weak points he points out in his video.

There's a fair few things that aren't in the game that were mentioned in this article alone. There is also quite a lot of things in the SoT 2016 cinematic trailer that have assets, textures and have been brought into the engine but just aren't in the full game.

These are all thing's that were going to be in the game.

You really believe the 3d character artists, design,texture artist, the guys who do all the animation and rigging,environment artist, the guys doing all of the coding, you really believe they shouldnt be paid $60 for the amount for work and skill they put into the game to make it look so good?

Ark's water doesn't look as good, but everything else looks better than SoT. its $30. so......

Just remember that IGN gave Evolve an 8. They are not the best in town, as far as reviews go.

my point is, is that everything IGN said, from what i remember, they were 100% correct about all of there information

they said how good, the good parts were, and how bad the bad parts were. how a review should be

@moogle-mogg Evolve was fun?! seriously?? I stopped playing that game almost immediately. AJ reviews are fun and i think he behaves like that because he's a character in front of a camera. He didn't say sot is s**t, just there's a serious lack of content; the foundation of this game is so good(as AJ said). maybe a 4/10 for this game is too bad as a score maybe a 6/10 sounds right

i liked IGN's review more because its as more straight to the fact, reading of a list of what the game has and doesn't have to offer.

Watched his review. He hit everything on the right places. The game is beautiful, the core is good, but the content and variaty is lacking. It's basicly a very promising Early Access game. For 70 euro.

What people seem to forget is that there isn't any gold, platinum, definitive edition of this game. All future content upgrades are included with your $60 paid. If you want to purchase cosmetics with microtransactions, it is your choice. People need to realize that this game is going to do nothing but grow,,, and for a launch, it is suffice and tons of fun.

Rare did hype this game to the sky. As well as gamers! And in it's current state it is a rip-off imo. In it current shape the game should not cost more than 30 Euros. No more! True, a lot of the misinformation is due in part to the undying, blind and sometimes gross imaginative allegiance some players have because it's Rare. I loved Rare too, as a kid, but it's a lot different now. Daddy Microsoft is just piggy-backing its ideas through a known, once-reputable company to reach the niche market of die-hard Rare fans. This game has a lot of potential, but it also has a lot of megaphones shouting false prophecies since long before launch.
