    It's on the beach I'm pretty sure. You'll see a fish bone in front of it. I may be wrong, but I remember the same riddle at the same location.

    Make sure you hold up the compass (RT on Xbox) and count out those paces. I see quite a lot of people failing to do this and guessing where 11 paces would take them.

    i was stuck on this for like half an hour, the place to start using your compass is inbetween the rock that the "unfortunate anglar" is on and the small net thing, hopefully this helps someone in the future :)
