Avocado beard error ..i have a LIVE GOLD ACCOUNT

  • Hi guys i have a problem i conctat the support but cant answer me, i buy the game yesterday and i have an Xbox Live Gold , but cant play the game because when i start day me avocado Beard error (like i dont have a live account)

    I try to uninstall the game and reinstall but nothing , i try to disconnect my account and reconnect but nothing ...so Who can help me????

    Similar thing happened to me a while back. For some reason my XBX didn't recognize my Gold subscription and I couldn't play any online game.

    Contacted Microsoft customer support and the problem got solved.

  • If you’re on Xbox, go to settings, then go down to Network and go to Network Settings and go to Advance Settings. From there go to Alternate MAC Address and click on clear. It will restart your Xbox. That fixed my issue.

  • I have a fix for xbox! You can just use xbox app on pc... This is weird... so i launched the game with my profile, waited for the error message, went to xbox menu, changed profiles, waited for a different error message(lavender). Then i changed accounts while it was in game, then it reloaded and worked... hope this helps. Probably won't but...

  • im on pc and i dont know how to make it go away, like do i need a gold account or what?
