Lobby enhancements

    When people begin joining in the lobby (before setting sail) you should be able to use in game voice chat to each other.

    Also it would be nice to have all the players characters seen on screen as they join the lobby, not just your own.

    Also when choosing a pirate with the IPG they have many different poses, it would be nice if the game applies one of those poses randomly when you join a lobby.

    Also like in world of tanks, if you hold a trigger on Xbox in the lobby it should hide the whole UI so you can take nice background pictures of your character.

    I was just talking to my crewmates about being able to see the whole crew in the party setup screen last night. Definitely would like this.

    @admiral-tweedle Yeh unfortunately Discord integration doesn't extend to voice chat which is pretty pointless. But I still think the lobby could be improved a little with the aforementioned suggestions :)

    don't use discord so no desire for that but being able to see all pirates in lobby would be a nice touch
