In just about every other game in existence as you progress through the game you gain more health, get new weapons that do more damage. As you grow in power the enemies must grow in power as well to keep it challenging. Since there is none of that in this game monsters scaling up with mission level does nothing but frustrate players. We already have 0 defense against ranged skeletons then you make it so their shots do like 3x the damage, 100% accuracy, the ability to shoot through walls and rocks, and 5+ skeletons can spawn all with guns at the same time. Then lets make them gold away from ammo and water now youre just adding insult to injury.
There seem to be a lot of "features" in this game simply to inflate our play time and prevent us from having actual fun. Friends wont do legendary voyages because they take too long compared to just server hopping for forts and fort skeletons are so much easier to kill it makes the rest of the game look like a joke. There needs to be less time sinks and more content to keep us actually wanting to stay on a server
