Pretty in awe of Microsoft actually for pushing this out and developing it, yes it gets them more gamers, but really they seem to have gone above and beyond.
My cousin had duchenne muscular dystrophy and loved to play games, this would have helped him immensely in the modern controller based, non-PC gaming landscape!
