Hey all and @Deckhands Does anyone know a rough time of day the updates usually come at? I'm wondering for hungering deep so I can try to have it dled early seeing as how its probably gonna be over 5 gigs and I have horribly slow internet lol.

I'm surprised this hasn't been remarked already they tend to do their maintenance during these times:
Weds 9am – 2pm BST
So basically Tuesdays in the US really early AM (or late depending on perspective) they start, and at least for CST it generally ends around 8ish.
I will note that often it doesn't take long to reopen the servers and that window is cut short more often than it starts.
They've given the date, and that falls on schedule with maintenance.

IKR... drives me batty. I'll admit that with game-pass and play-anywhere MS has gained a subscriber. State of Decay 2 was my first Windows store download specifically.
But how they handle the games as APPS and treat the ability to manage the titles install locations, repairs, relocating, save data access, and so on... though perhaps an attempt to create more secure titles....

That's what I miss about Steam as my apparent primary purchase location. User friendliness and a sense of true ownership of the data/files.

Exactly, I remember with the beta trying to find my install location for like 30 minutes to then discover there is not install location apparently. classic M$.
