I have been to four different ports and only see the one flag associated with the hungering deep available for purchase. Where be the other flags? I also haven't found any tattoos in the game (my vanity chest has none and I can find none for sale)

The others are in a box on the mast in the crows nest. You don't have to purchase them.
Oh yeah? That's handy. I appreciate it. I tried searching the forums and came up empty handed. Any idea where to obtain various scars?
@maia The patch notes say the scars must be "earned". I don't know exactly what that means, but I'm thinking it's going to hurt ;) .
