So, I no longer have this title. I earned it during the last event, but it seems to be locked up now saying that I only have 39/120. When you look at my 3 Legendary challenges, I am showing 50/50, 20/20, and 50/50. What happened?
Legendary Skeleton Exploder title bug
The title was actually introduced after the event. While you can still buy (0 gold at any clothes shop) and use the title the commendation is locked for some people (myself included).
It has been progressing for me as well I am guessing it is tracking the legendary commendations progress again even though they are complete. I am not worried about it. It will unlock in time.
