I'm really digging the Bone Crusher cosmetics lately...

  • I've been wearing the Bone Crusher gloves, belt, boots and tattoos, as well as doing up the ship in the Bone Crusher gear. It just seems to be more unique these days, maybe that's why.

What's your favourite styles? And do you try to match as much as you can, or do you not care?

  • @realstyli This is what my pirate looks like:

In the background you see my ship, the Fortune Slave. I agree with you, the bone crusher set looks so cool! Especially the boots! But I can't let my old clothing style go, not even for an hour. This is the way my pirate looked like from almost the beginning, back in March 2018. My latest clothing change were the pants, when I unlocked them last summer. Since then, I grew emotional with my outfit. It's the clothing people remember me. I just can't change it.

  • @darkmore111

I can relate to that. My pirate has always been bare-chested, and hat-less. I've tried to put a jacket and hat on him but I've never liked it. Same goes for peg-legs and hooks.

  • @realstyli nice! I like the look of the Bone Crusher set as well, looking forward to unlocking it soon. However, my pirate is quite set on his current outfit -- the Executive Admiral Shirt with the Rogue Sea Dog jacket (just love that trench coat look), rounded out with the Black Dog trousers and hat, the Hunter gloves, and the Sea Dog boots. It's an eclectic look, but it all comes together rather nicely in my opinion :)

  • I find it funny that, despite being set on a style of sorts, I still want all the cosmetics even if I'll never use them

  • Looks like I'm the odd one that changes his outfit ALL THE TIME. Sometimes I'll go a few sessions with the same gear, and the headband has become a staple, but I change my clothes all the time depending on what kind of pirate I want to be. Same with my livery.

Sometimes if I'm in the storm or heading to the Wilds, I'll switch to a heavier jacket to withstand the elements. If I'm going to the Roar I'll lose the jacket and maybe switch to hand wraps. If I'm diving down to a shipwreck, I'll go shirtless and shoeless - it would be a shame to have to dry these things out after all, and it makes swimming so much more cumbersome.

  • I wear the ghost hat, hunter shirt, mercenary jacket and pants, ghost boots and gloves. maybe a ghost pegleg or hook. my ship I just customize however I feel on the day.

  • @kraken-slap like @BadRobott said, I also change my outfit a lot, but this is my current one :D

  • I need 2 more chests for the wheel.
It's the only set i have complete with all you can have, because i refused to buy some cosmetics, for barnacle what i miss the Jacket and Trousers, because i thought they were ugly i am a little bit sad, because the weapons and ship is great, at least i have the hat from the cloth set, because i buyed at least allways the hat :-)

I think the bone crusher stuff is the hardest to complete.
So yeah, 2 more captains chests and i have it all :-)

  • My go to is normally a mix of cosmetics that I've earned over the course of multiple events during my time on the seas. In that way, what I'm sporting at any given time actually tells a little story to those who know and care. Some insight into what I've done.

And that combination tends to vary from play to play as well, since it is hitting a point where I can't actively rep everything I've done at one time.

  • I love using the Regional Sails, they're probably my favorite sails in the whole game.
I've actually been able to make boats for all 3 sails.

    I present to you:

Which one do ya like best?

  • @sgt-palooggoo All good layouts!

I like to pair the Wilds sails with the Wailing Barnacle hull, Sea Dog Wheel and Capstan, and the Kraken Figurehead.

The Regional Sails are some of my favorites as well.

  • @realstyli I was a bilge rat way before Duke arrived at Sea of Thieves and my cloth resemble this. Just not the hat. The bilge rat hats are ugly. Since week 3 after release I only added an eye patch and types of cosmetics that weren't available at release (tattoo, scar, hair dye).

  • I mix it up constantly. Really depends on mood, weather, or what the other crewmates are wearing.

I tend to prefer muttonchops, my scars from Forsaken Shores, and Black Eye makeup.

My ship sports the regional sails from Cursed Sails with the Mercenary, Kraken, or Seadog livery. Sometimes I go full Wailing Barnacle, including the flag.

Usually I'm wearing something true to my name.

  • Post in more pictures guys! While I remember almost every item, I'm lacking imagination of your unique pirate and shipdesign.

  • I also looove the bone crusher! It helps the old barbarian look I'm going for. Like most here, I tend to stick with a general style (profile pic), of no shirt, hat, and only ever bandages for gloves.

At heart I'm a bilge rat though, so if I'm feeling dirty/fancy I'll drop the bc belt and boots and don the basic bilge jacket, boots and scurvy bilge belt.

I assume y'all know about seaoffashion?

    I do now! Thanks!

  • I have different skins on the boat all the time for variation and i have them all, all the limited cosmetics and stuff. - Most of the times i match it with the outfit were i also got everything.
I love the bone crusher set EXCEPT for the coat...which looks awful but as all other limited-cosmetics i bought it just to have it :P
