So I’ve just recently become a pirate legend and have done a handful of Athena’s prior and after becoming legend and I think it should be worth more. I know you get a lot of loot with the first 8 quests but I think the chest of legends should be much higher in value. They are about the same as a stronghold barrel but takes way longer. Athena’s would have a little more purpose if they were worth at least 10k. In terms of money doing skull forts is much more practical but. Since Athena’s take a good amount of time you should be rewarded more for completing it.

@ramzay-08 The reward for completing it is the chest + 10 more chests + 8 skulls and at least 5600 gold in goods to deliver. On the other hand, you're not doing these voyages for the money.
In my opinion the payout for forts is to high. It would be fitting if forts would still be highly contested but at the current state they are "free loot" most of the time. If we adjust the gold output of voyages to be in line with forts Rare will likely raise prices to counter the abundance of gold (inflation).

@ramzay-08 it is already around 6000 worth, that's awesome! Before the buff in december it was around 3000...we had to do 93 voyages to become Athena rank 10, now with the commendations and the higher value i bet you just need 40 or so...
