Uncap the trading company levels.

    It's a simple request from a Pirate legend* to simply have the reputation build up beyond just level 50. I don't even want any titles or cosmetics for it (yet 😛) I just know I'm gonna miss that gauge filling up when I get to level 10 on the Athena rank.

    P.S It'd also be nice if there was a way to display your ranks above your head or inspect a pirate.

    *who's taking too long on working on that Athena 10, 9 at the moment. Helping friends attain their pirate legend status and getting distracted by reaper boxes.

    I suspect they do this so new players can catch up and they can increase at a later date. If players were able to hit 100 then they already would have and then your accomplishments wouldn’t feel all that great.

    Doing a prestige level would be better, so players can reach max on the normal, however if they wish to progress further they can go within prestige standing with trading companies.

    Players don't really have to be a hamster on a treadmill do they?
    When can we take the yoke off our necks?
    I would rather Rare introduce more factions to grind to fifty than increase the ones we have now.

    I can imagine the elitism that comes with attaining level X in whatever faction and would rather not play that game.

    Cap all factions at 50, and 10 for Athena.

    Once the title of PL is achieved, unlock progress from 50-100 and 10-20. Rep cannot be earned beyond the cap until the title is reached, and this Grant's access to new voyages that can be shared with the crew.

    Rep will scaled with the cap. If you are not PL, you can participate in the voyage but you get a smaller percentage of the gold/rep toward your factions up to 50 (until PL) while any PL in the crew will get the full amount. This will allow the players to earn rep in accordance with their experience and not fly to PL with minimal effort.

    At this point we can add new rewards and commendations without having to reset or worry about prestige counters for color variations.

    Honestly maybe have a "reset" or "new game +" approach to the guilds, so when you hit 50 and are a PL you can then reset them and do them as a PL, having them be more challenging but not resetting your commendations in them. Then you re-earn your way to 50 with upgraded titles and items to buy and hitting 50 again in all of them gets you to Pirate Lord.

    Dont forget tho when we hit lvl100 in faction rep or maxed out our prestige. That by then we need to raise cap to lvl150 and prestige 5x.

    But then when we get that we need to raise cap to lvl250 and prestige 10x.

    U dont want me to go on do u? Hope the answer is no because exactly thats my opinion on this NO.
    Where does this raise cap end?

    Its capped so u can complete it. U ask to uncomplete it, to complete it to ask to uncomplete it.
