So, the idea is, The Gold Hoarders have caught wind of a treasure chest they've never heard of before. They have been tipped off to this through help from the Order of Souls. It would seem that a young Gold Hoarding apprentice had turned greedy. They had found a whole new chest type and curiosity and self importance had got the better of them.
Instead of turning these chests in, they had decided to try and unlock the chests secrets and keep them to themselves. The problem is they failed to open them... but not before leaving maps to there locations.
Because of their knowledge of The Gold Hoarders he had made his maps differently... Instead of maps of islands, he had made maps of tunnels leaving out the islands outline. He'd also used a special ink making the X's only appear where there is no natural light.
Working out which islands these tunnels belong to is hard enough without the islands outline.... but a number of new tunnel hazards makes it even harder... Trip wires, tunnel spiderwebs blurring your vision, and spike pits. Also bats have taken up residence. Everyone knows how jumpy bats can make you when they fly into your face in a darkened, trip riddled tunnel.
This mission type although available to everyone is only recommended to the seasoned player. A very good knowledge of islands, caves and tunnels is a must to even start this one.
