The pop up of top bar with minimize and close buttons on full screen should be fixed 10 years ago, having free mouse on barrels and options should never show the top bar of the game window since this is the first grade of fullscreen option meaning.
Did this happenes also in steam version? or we all should waste 40€ just to fix the mess?

The first one is basically what Rare suggest in their support section.
But, yes, the Steam version comes with a less troublesome proper fullscreen mode by default.
Well, sadly, it seems it's a limitation of UWP apps that they don't want to run in exclusive fullscreen. The "solutions" above usually do a good job of helping with issues, but you might need to put in a bug report in your case. The mouse should remain within the confines of the game window unless you have the settings or inventory menu open. If that's not happening, it's a bug.

Remember to restart PC after that, as aditional info, i had to create EdgeUI key before creating the DWORD.
