Hi all, just recently brought myself a LG CX to go with playing SoT on my Series X. Having a few issues using the in game HDR slider to set the HDR. The calibration picture goes white at like 500 which is far too dark, I was wondering what other people have it set to? TIA.

@gilbot81 I turned it off since this weekend...tried it for about 9 months now, can't find a setting without night beeing too dark or daytime (especially the horizon) beeing too bright...my gf told me she was wondering why I lasted so long...

Same here, calibration at 600-700. I Pushed it to 1200 for a good compromise, sometimes too bright (far at the horizon or with fog) and not too dark.
With the exception of these extremes, I really prefer the visual with HDR, the game is sublime!You are right, with HDR the colours alltogether are so awesome! The game looks so fantastic with it...but without it, it still looks quite good and, most important, the whole gaming experience is better...
I miss the fantastic colours from HDR a little bit, but changing the settings, everytime the sun leaves/rises is just annoying
