Idk if this is the right spot to be posting this but has anyone else noticed the sea of thieves merch website is no longer there? Is there a new link or have they removed the merch entirely?

It has been closed since January 2nd. We don't have any information about a replacement store, yet.
From Sea of Thieves Twitter on December 20th, 2023:
Due to some behind-the-scenes changes, the current Rare Store will close on Jan 2nd. This will also affect our Pirate Perks merchandise programme, which will close on the same day. All orders placed before this date will be fulfilled.
A follow up to a question about whether it was permanent was met with the reply:
Updates about the future of our Store will be shared on our social channels as soon as we're able!
