Update to Ship Lanterns

    I love to see two additions to lanterns on ships.

    1. Lantern cosmetics: this would just add one more layer to customizing your ship, which I doubt anyone would oppose.

    2.Being able to save specific lantern colours between games: This again would allow for more player customization, while saving time from needing to "farm" specific colors. It doesn't take a tremendous amount of time to get each colour, but it would definitely be a QoL improvement in my mind. Further, with the introduction of the Skull of Destiny voyage for AF, I don't see saving lantern colours being much of a negative anymore, as people farming FotD would still need to find/buy a ritual skull.

    It's a relatively minor change in the grand scheme of things (besides the time and effort of designing an entire new batch of ship cosmetics), so if they were to ever do a Captaincy 2.0 Overhaul, I'd really like to see this implemented!

    I could see saving 1 or 2 colors for cosmetics or navigation lights for role play, but not all of them because that undermines the mission.

    @foambreaker the mission as in the FotD? Arguably, it's an endgame event, and all Pirate Legends have access to the Skull of Destiny quest, which a one island x-marks-the-spot to give you access to all flames, as well as a ritual skull. I believe that impacts the the original Fotd mission.

    Edit: I'm actually not sure if it's a x-marks-the-spot or a compass, however it's still one dig spot, so I believe it's still much easier/faster than the original mission.

    2. Eh. With the skull of Destiny being free and on demand I'm in the why not camp. Maybe have 'non-fate' colours that could be obtained in both pvp and pve situations to be changed at the shipwright as your default lantern colour.

    @pithyrumble ooooh I like that! They could also add new colours with effects similar to how you can buy cannon flares from the shipwright. Could also lead to some cool seasonal ship cosmetics in the Plunderpass!

    @wonderwaffle559 would definitely be for to see more cosmetics for harpoons, ship compasses and even the bells 🤣 imagine ringing a hollow skull or a bag of coins to warn your teammates! rolls on deck laughing

    @spoopy9host Honestly I know this would be a stretch but I would love to see different shapes of hulls. Obviously they would need to make it to where no shape gives more advantages or anything but it would make my ship much more personal.
