So I got the Deluxe bundle for SOT but my coins and items are not in my account I tried contacting Microsoft but they put me on hold for 6 hours and I’m slightly angry because I don’t know how to fix this issue can anyone explain this?

I'm sorry you had to be put on hold for 6 hours. Maybe try reinstalling, then load it back in ?
