Lower banner blocks ammo and health - Slimline option to disable it or make it transparent?

So many times when selling items or lowering HG, lowering flag, raising flag, joining HG, voting to dive, etc banners come up over and over on the lower portion of your screen and block critical information like ammo and health. Please make it so we can turn off the lower banner or make it transparent or allow you to see your health/ammo.
