Losing someone close to you never is easy, and that damn disease takes more then you ever thought you could lose, later tonight i will sail the seas with my buddies and a not so well known dutch streamer and i will make sure this message is heard.

Thank you so much for this. I wanted to share my story because it feels good to talk about these memories with her that were so dear to us this past year. I appreciate you spreading the word as it only strengthens the love that comes with the message. You have my utmost respect and I hope one day I see you on the seas.

My deepest condolences to you good sir. I shed a few tears reading your beautiful post as i too have lost a loved one to that terrible terrible disease. Mortality is such a raw deal sometimes. They say time heals all wounds but I do not feel that applies to situations like this. Im glad you can appreciate the memories this game gave yall. I hope youre able to continue to enjoy & immerse yourself in the game, without your beautiful memories putting you inside your own head, making it too difficult to enjoy. If you ever need a sloop partner i would happily play with you & try to be as funny as possible. Again im so sorry to hear of your loss. Best winds & wishes to you my friend 😢.

What mattered is how the game made us feel together. It brought us a different kind of joy. I raise my grog to you and your other half as well.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. I can only guess the pain that causes such a loss.
If at least you have these memories about the times of joy that you shared with your beloved, then I hope they may help you in the times to come.
