Did it with my friend. Support said that we need to wait 72hrs.

It's 46hrs after and we still didn't get our rewards. It's annoying.

Have you responded to the support ticket / reopened a new one with Support? They are the only ones that can help at this point

Hey - yes, I've responded.

Support just ignored my rewards - said that they will forward this case to the devs a few days ago. When I asked about them, till today I had no reply.

To sum up, it's 14 days after case and still nothing and I am starting to feel bad about support of this game.

There is a bug when one crew leaves the game via altF4 or perhaps a disconnect, and the ship stays on the server, you (50/50 chance) won't get gold &c until the disconnect timer runs out or they rejoin.

When in an alliance and about to turn in loot, I check if teh other crew is still active and then turn in a low value item. If that goes fine, I'll continue, otherwise I remove the alliance or wait a bit to make sure they're here/not here..

So it's a bugged then. And it seems that it's well known issue... I didn't knew that. Then it's shame that player support is ignoring my case and probably cases of other players. Is anybody here that got their gold and rep back? Or anybody willing to help get it back?

I wouldn't say it's a well-known issue. It happened to us; thought it was because of emissary, did some experimenting and turned out it was an alliance issue. We gave our findings to support in a ticket and got the standard reply ...

At first it was three ship alliance. One ship left and a little bit after that, we proceed to sell our loot. After selling it we recognized that we didn't get our rewards. Then we took off our emissary flag and got rewarded with gold for it immediately.
