If you're trying to start the retail game, you're choosing the wrong programme. The servers will be going offline in a few minutes anyway, so you're going to have to wait to play it anyway and download the patch.
If you're trying to start Insiders, it seems you're no longer an Insider. Probably should check to see if you got an email if you got removed or something like that (or contact support).

Understood, just wanting to warn you against submitting multiple requests.
Just a guess, perhaps it's pending because sign up is on hold (as shown in 2nd screenshot) ?
