    DID NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE COMMENDATION. ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE?

    Do they typically count?

    I always heard that cofs didn't count towards the comm but I never knew for sure.

    I don't know if it's intentional but flags shouldn't really count anyway imo. I don't think handing out leveled flags without any player participation for comms is good for the game.
