My game is bugged and I am missing titles for the skeleton curse

I hope someone knows a fix I am not happy with the situation I am in. I recently hit level 100 in servants of the flame, and I am over level 75 in reapers. I am missing titles for allegiance gain which is the reason I think is why I can’t claim my curse. I have contacted support and got some responses saying they will look into it but I haven’t gotten any good information out of it. If anyone knows anything please tell me what I will need to do to fix this.
