I’m excited to share my LEGO BrickHeadz MOC of the Mysterious Stranger from Sea of Thieves. I’ve always been intrigued by this character and tried to capture his mysterious vibe with this build. Let me know what you think!

I think you are thinking of the Pirate Lord? The Mysterious Stranger is the guy in the corner of all taverns, next to the Athena Emissary table.
The only ghostly part of him would be the glowing green eyes. There are no glowing eyes in Legos, but I found green eyes, so I used those.
I am not sure how I will build Ramsey yet, as I have to consider to make him pre-ghost or find a way to make him look ghostly in Legos.
