No, It should stay exclusive for those players who played the event and payed for them. It's your fault, when you spend your dubloons otherwise.

Yup I have come back for every update since launch and the ashen sword is my overall favorite cosmetic, I use it even over the legendary sword which I grinded arena like hell for, Second coolest sword is the legendary one. Would be annoying if suddenly everyone is running around with the ashen one now. Timed for a reason my man. I did miss that obsidian wheel though (even though I watched the stream) so I do feel your pain when you miss something.
