Has Rathbone returned in the Hoarder's Hunt?

At this point in the mystery, signs point to it being Hogarth the Hoarder and not Rathbone. His name starts with 'H', he has an obsession with Gold Hoarders and it makes very little sense for Rathbone to have his own portrait lumped in with the other gold hoarders and vandalized/drawn on.
