i downloaded the game yesterday whenever i open the game it stucks at the opening screen then it shuts down and the game doesn't want to work please help guys i really want to play the game so bad

Have you tried out the articles on the support site? There are a few launch crash fixes on there.
@musicmee expect changing the time and the language i did all the things and i don't have the antivirus which was mentioned thanks for helping me i hope it will work after changing the time
