PS5 player here, I can't figure out what's causing this but most of the time I am engaging with another player, mostly non-crewmates, but a few times with certain crewmates, my PS5 completely locks up. It's gotten me sunk more than a few times. I am sure this is a known issue but holy hell am I tired of this...
So tired of my game locking up.
@aerdrie it's not just an issue on PS5..it's just the state of the game... you can expect this to happen rather often... I deal with it regularly on Xbox series S and now with Series X it's even worse.
Anything like cross region connection, cross platform connection, someone with a bad internet, or even someone performing exploits that stress the server will have this result
Heck even using lure darts has had me get hazelnut beard
I switched from pc to ps5 and this bug drove me nuts constant crashes but I found the solution on another forum post and it worked. Apparently if the use the ingame chat function it causes the game to crash so you need to go to your settings and switch push to talk on your audio. It’s better to use discord anyways.
