hello.
so i recently upgraded my computer in the last 2 weeks or so... went to try and play after a long break check out some of the new stuff but sadly i cant get above 20 fps and i have a decent computer but i cant get above 20 fps.. that's on the lowest settings on highest i get about 10 to 12 fps..
ive updated my Nvidia drivers..
ive set the game too high priority in the task manager..
task manager also shows my gpu is hard locked at 100% usage..
i dont know if this is useful info but everything seems ok on the very first boot of the game until i hit start game then fps tanks hard.
i dont have this problem in any other game. i run all other games from overwatch to gw2 to cod cold war to anno 1800 on ultra with 70+ frames
ive tried what a lot of guides say to fix this... except turning off C-states in BIOS and removing junk files from computer ( windows install is less then 2 weeks old )
pc specs :
CPU - Ryzen 7 3700X
MB - MSI X470 GAMING PLUS
RAM - Vengeance LPX 16GB 3000mhz
GPU - EVGA RTX 3060
any help would be welcomed and if any info is needed let me know
